Tony Elkik is the founder of POSH providing Healthy gourmet international street food to gourmet paired with mocktails. He has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, starting at a restaurant in Paris, France while going to Sorbonne Universite then moving to New York to finish his studies at NYU while working at Grand Hyatt, New York's Trumpet restaurant. Tony and his well-diverse team have a passion for exploring every country's cuisine which is fascinating. Tony's over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur, always looking forward to great opportunities to evolve and continuously sharing knowledge with other hospitality industry entrepreneurs.
